  • All prices shown are in Canadian funds.

  • If an item is out of stock, we will advise you. You will then have the option of having the item backordered and sent to you when it arrives (shipping for the backordered item is on us). Backordered items will take between 2-4 weeks to arrive. If you decide you do not wish the item to be backordered for you, let us know and we will issue you a refund for that item.

  • We currently accept PayPal. Paypal is one of the quickest and most secure online payment services available. When you use PayPal to purchase items, PayPal acts as an intermediary, taking payment from you and then paying the merchant or retailer on your behalf.

    When purchasing off this site, all you need to do is sign up with PayPal and then provide us with your user name. We will send you an electronic invoice via PayPal and once you approve the purchase online, PayPal does the rest. During the process, we never have access to any of your financial information.

  • Yes, we are required by Canadian law to charge taxes. Sales tax will be applied according to shipping destination.

SHIPPING

  • Regrettably we are unable to ship to PO boxes at this time.

  • With the exception of backordered items, all items are shipped within 48 hours of payment.

  • All items are shipped via Canada Post. All orders totalling $100 or more (not including taxes) are eligible for free standard shipping. Insurance is included with the shipping charges.

    Shipping to Canadian addresses, for orders up to $99

    • BC: $9.00, 2 – 3 Days
    • AB, MB, SK: $12.00, 3 – 4 Days
    • ON, QC & all other provinces and territories: $13.00, 4 – 5 Days

    Shipping to US addresses, for orders up to $99

    • All US states: $10.00, 5 – 7 Days
  • Customers will receive an email once an order is shipped. This email will include the shipping date, shipping address and Canada Post tracking number.

  • We are committed to customer satisfaction and if a product is damaged or faulty (e.g. glass jar is broken) you may return it for a full refund within 21 days from the date of purchase. We apologize but we cannot refund the original shipping fee or pay for your return shipping costs.

    What is the process for returning an item?
