Where can I purchase Carol Priest products?

In addition to being able to purchase directly from this website, you may also purchase Carol Priest skin care products at Shifeon. Shifeon offers the most comprehensive selection of perfume and cosmetics in Western Canada. There are two locations in Vancouver:

• 1156 Robson Street (between Bute and Thurlow)
• Oakridge Centre Mall at 650 W. 41st Street (corner of Cambie and West 41st)

ORDERING AND PAYMENT

What currency are the prices listed in?

All prices shown are in Canadian funds.

What happens if an item is out of stock?

If an item is out of stock, we will advise you. You will then have the option of having the item backordered and sent to you when it arrives (shipping for the backordered item is on us). Backordered items will take between 2-4 weeks to arrive. If you decide you do not wish the item to be backordered for you, let us know and we will issue you a refund for that item.

How do I pay for an online order?

We currently accept PayPal. Paypal is one of the quickest and most secure online payment services available. When you use PayPal to purchase items, PayPal acts as an intermediary, taking payment from you and then paying the merchant or retailer on your behalf.

When purchasing off this site, all you need to do is sign up with PayPal and then provide us with your user name. We will send you an electronic invoice via PayPal and once you approve the purchase online, PayPal does the rest. During the process, we never have access to any of your financial information.

Is there tax?

Yes, we are required by Canadian law to charge taxes. Sales tax will be applied according to shipping destination.

What about orders from the United States? Is there tax?

Yes we are happy to ship to our neighbours in the south. We don't charge taxes to orders being shipped outside of Canada as the US government may apply duty when the package crosses the border.

GIFT CERTIFICATES & GIFT WRAPPING

Do you sell gift certificates?

Yes, electronic gift certificates are now available. Simply email us at customercare@carolpriestskincare.ca, let us know the denomination and quantity of gift certificates you wish to purchase and we'll take care of you. These certificates are transferable and must be used within 24 months of issue.

How do I redeem an electronic gift certificate?

In the payment section during the checkout process, you will have the option of paying with a gift certificate. Simply enter in your 10 digit code and this amount will be deducted from your purchase total. If your purchase is for more than the gift certificate, you may use PayPal to pay for the difference. If your purchase is for less than the amount on your gift certificate, the remainder will be credited to your account.

Do you gift wrap?

Yes, gift wrapping and a handwritten gift tag is also available for a flat fee of $5 per gift package. For example, if you purchase three items and wish to package two items as one gift and the remaining one item as another separate gift, the gift wrapping fee would be $10. During check out, simply:

• Check 'gift wrapping'
• Include the recipient's name and be sure to add his/her address in the shipping address box
• If you would like a handwritten gift tag to accompany your gift, please add your message into the recipient message box (space is limited to 255 characters).

SHIPPING

Do you ship to PO boxes?

Regrettably we are unable to ship to PO boxes at this time.

After an order is placed, when is it shipped?

With the exception of backordered items, all items are shipped within 48 hours of payment.

How much is shipping? When will the order arrive?

All items are shipped via Canada Post. All orders totalling $100 or more (not including taxes) are eligible for free standard shipping.

Insurance is included with the shipping charges.

Is order tracking available?

Customers will receive an email once an order is shipped. This email will include the shipping date, shipping address and Canada Post tracking number.

To track your package, simply visit this Canada Post site, click on your preferred language and enter your Canada Post tracking number.

RETURNS – YOUR SATISFACTION IS OUR GOAL

What is the return policy?

We are committed to customer satisfaction and if a product is damaged or faulty (e.g. glass jar is broken) you may return it for a full refund within 21 days from the date of purchase. We apologize but we cannot refund the original shipping fee or pay for your return shipping costs.

What is the process for returning an item?

To initiate a return, please contact us at customercare@carolpriestskincare.com – please include information on what is being returned and why. We will respond to your email with next steps within 24 hours.
